Great to meet you!

Hi, I am the owner of Getting to Happy Wellness, PLLC. I aim to help you along your journey to happiness while eradicating the mental health stigma, particularly in the Black community. I am a cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapist who work with my clients at their own pace to help them reach their goals. I am down-to-earth and have a relaxed vibe. I specialize in Depression, Life Transitions, Personal Growth and Self-Esteem, Relationship challenges and Women’s Mental Health.

A bit about my approach to therapy

You may be seeking counseling for a wide variety of reasons, from coping with major life challenges, family and relationship conflicts, to dealing with stress, depression or anxiety, to simply desiring personal growth and greater self-awareness. I look forward to providing a safe, supportive and therapeutic space where we can collaborate and work at your own pace to help you reach your counseling and life goals.

What you can expect from our first session

In our work together it is my hope, wish and prayer that you will feel more empowered, better understand yourself, your family, others and the world around you. Because you're worth it.
