Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I value authenticity, compassion, and creating a space where they feel genuinely seen and supported. My approach is collaborative and relational, meaning I work alongside clients rather than positioning myself as the expert of their lives. I believe healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and practical tools that help clients navigate everyday challenges with greater confidence and clarity. I strive to create an environment that is warm, nonjudgmental, and empowering, while also encouraging growth, accountability, and emotional honesty. My work is especially rooted in supporting women, teen girls, and individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and stress-related difficulties.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and evidence-based. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Solution-Focused Therapy. For high-functioning women, this means practical tools to manage stress and maintain balance. For moms, it means a safe space to talk without judgment. For teens, it means building confidence and managing anxiety.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel safe to share openly at their own pace. During the first session, we will discuss what brings them to therapy, explore current concerns, and identify goals for treatment. I also take time to learn about the client’s background, strengths, relationships, and coping patterns to gain a fuller understanding of their experiences. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual, with a focus on helping clients feel heard, empowered, and supported from the very beginning.
