Great to meet you!
Hi! I'm glad you're here. Here is a little about me. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University. My graduate training emphasized strong clinical skills, ethical practice, and cultural humility . I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from Park University, where I explored the intersection of individual behavior and social systems.
Over the past two years, I’ve worked closely with couples and women navigating complex emotional landscapes—infertility, perinatal and postpartum mental health, pregnancy loss, and identity shifts in motherhood. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which help clients understand their thought patterns and deepen emotional connection in relationships.
Beyond my professional role, I’m a mother to four incredible children and have been married to my military veteran husband for 25 years. We live in the Midlands of South Carolina with our beloved fur baby. These life experiences deeply inform my empathy and understanding as a therapist.
