Great to meet you!

Firstly, I am so glad that you are here. My name is Tory and I am a psychologist. My work as a provider is very relational in nature, meaning that how you feel in our therapy relationship provides a lot of information about how you may feel towards yourself or others. I encourage the people that I work with to explore their history to learn how they may be bring their past forward to their future. I have experience working with a diverse group people who may have experienced a variety of challenges out of their control. This includes LGBTQIA+, military, indigenous mental health, suicidality, disordered eating, anxiety and depression, neurodiversity, attachment and personality disorders. It is important to note that no matter the diagnosis, I take a very trauma informed lense during treatment.

My approach to therapy

My approach explores the way in which we relate to ourselves and to others through individual, couples, and group therapy. I believe it is important to do a deep exploration and learn about our sense of relationships, including with ourselves, in hopes to find a way to relate that feels healthy and authentic to ourselves.

What you can expect from me

My work is fundamentally rooted in intersectional awareness and affirming of all of our identities that we may carry. I honor the holistic nature of our identities My goal is to ensure that our relational work encompasses and honors the complexities of your lived experience as a vital bridge toward overall wellbeing.
