Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in work with teenagers and adults. I have a background in the educational, foster care and child welfare systems, and much of my experience has been with individuals and families who have faced significant trauma. My approach is relational, grounded in the belief that meaningful connection is essential to healing. I know how important it is to find a therapist who feels like the right fit, and I aim to create a space that is authentic, nonjudgmental, and compassionate.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use polyvagal-informed approaches to support clients in understanding and regulating the nervous system. I'm trained in EMDR, DBT, and CAMS, allowing me to address trauma, emotional dysregulation, and suicidality. I have completed Phase 1 of the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics and use brain mapping to help clients and families understand behavior

What you can expect from our first session

If you feel like I may be a good fit for you, feel free to reach out. I'd be happy to set up a time to chat. Looking forward to supporting you in working towards your goals!
