Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Tosha! I've worked with people facing challenges that don't always have simple answers, from anxiety and relationship struggles to fertility concerns, caregiving responsibilities, and difficult family situations. I understand how exhausting it can be to manage life's demands while trying to take care of your own emotional well-being.

My background in school-based and clinical mental health settings has shaped my down-to-earth approach to therapy. I believe you deserve a space where you can be yourself, speak honestly about what you're going through, and feel understood without judgment. I bring warmth, compassion, and a little humor to our conversations because even difficult topics deserve room for genuine human connection.

My approach to therapy

I'm not here to tell you how to live your life. I'm here to help you better understand yourself, work through what's weighing on you, and find practical ways to make things feel more manageable.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and behavioral approaches to help you recognize unhelpful thought patterns, manage difficult emotions, and develop healthier coping strategies. I'll listen carefully, offer honest feedback, and work alongside you to identify changes that feel realistic for your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get comfortable, share what's bringing you to therapy, and talk about what you'd like to be different. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin.

You can expect genuine conversations, thoughtful questions, and a therapist who will support you while also encouraging your growth. My goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling understood, more confident in yourself, and better prepared to handle whatever life brings your way.
