I am a nonbinary, trauma informed therapist with a spiritual and holistic approach to healing. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex trauma, grief, depression, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorders, family dynamics, anxiety, and challenges related to gender and sexuality. My approach integrates therapeutic modalities such as internal family systems (IFS), breath work, meditation, somatic healing, energy healing, and other techniques tailored to your unique needs.
