Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts with three years of post-graduate experience. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in education, which gave me a deep understanding of how people learn, grow, and navigate challenges at different stages of life. That background still shapes how I work with clients today. I see therapy as a collaborative process where you're the expert on your own life, and I'm here to help you discover your strengths and find your way forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I especially love helping people build emotional resilience, improve communication, and find direction when life feels uncertain. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating the messy, overwhelming parts of life—relationship struggles, self-esteem issues, ADHD, identity questions, parenting challenges, depression, anxiety, school or career pressures, grief, or major life transitions. If you're feeling stuck, lost, or just exhausted from trying to figure it all out on your own, you're in the right place.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can feel nerve-wracking, so let me take some of that pressure off: there's no "right" way to do this. We'll start by getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to work on, and what's been going on in your life. But this isn't an interrogation, it's a conversation. You can share as much or as little as you're comfortable with.

My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard and validated. A strong therapeutic relationship is essential and I believe it's a privilege to walk alongside someone as they discover strengths and work toward growth and healing.
