Great to meet you!

I have over twenty years of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges. I earned my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Psychology, Biology, and Counseling at Texas Southern University. I have worked across multiple platforms to include disability and mental health services, social work, case management, crisis intervention, parent advocacy, and oversight of residential treatment facilities. I provide compassionate, strengths-based counseling tailored to fit each client's unique needs. It is my belief that circumstances do not determine your destination. I am committed to helping individuals build resilience, healing, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I support adolescents and adults facing emotional and interpersonal difficulties. My approach is trauma-informed, direct yet gentle, and focused on practical solutions. I believe healing happens when clients feel both safe and empowered. Through telehealth sessions, I help clients strengthen emotional resilience, improve relationships, and move confidently toward their goals

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will focus on getting to know you, your unique experiences, and your goals for therapy. This is a safe and confidential space where you can share openly. We’ll explore your current challenges, your strengths, and any patterns or stressors affecting your well-being. Together, we’ll begin to develop a personalized plan to guide your growth, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change
