Great to meet you!

For the past 28 years, I have guided professionals towards their goals and aspirations. I am a dedicated mental health professional committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, and families. My credentials include an EdS - Post-Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health from George Washington Unversity, MSEd in Counseling from Fordham University and an MPH (Master in Public Health) to inform my approach to meeting clients where there are, as it relates to the social determinants of health that impact their lives.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience—one that supports you in building insight, developing effective coping strategies, and achieving meaningful personal growth. I am passionate about helping individuals and families strengthen resilience, understand their emotional patterns, and build fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. It is an honor to walk alongside clients as they process challenges, reclaim their strengths, and move toward lives aligned with their values.

What you can expect from me

In your first session we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, and the goals you hope to work toward. I’ll ask some initial questions to better understand your history and needs, and you’ll have space to share at your own pace. We’ll also review confidentiality, how telehealth works, and what you can expect from the therapy process. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of our plan moving forward and how I can best support you.
