Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I work with adults, teens and children who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and grief/loss. Many of my clients are navigating major life transitions, relationship stress, or the pressure of trying to be strong for everyone else. My goal is to help you feel more balanced emotionally, mentally, and personally — not just “get through the day,” but truly heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

It's important that you are provided with a level of comfort and peace to help you feel safe and open to share some of your most difficult concerns. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with experiential techniques to help you build coping skills, process what you’ve been through, and create healthier patterns in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a supportive space that is honest, practical, and focused on real change. Together you and I will work to develop a personalized plan for your success.
