Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, Anger Management, ADHD and Self-Esteem are just a few of some of the areas of concerns I can assist in helping you work through.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a variety of treatment methods directed at helping improve your mental and emotional wellbeing. I assist individuals identify hidden and surface barriers that have impacted the way they see and/or treat themselves and others. Techniques I use in sessions can range from cognitive behavioral to experiential approaches.

What you can expect from our first session

It's important for me to bring a level of comfort and peace to help you feel safe and open to share some of your most difficult concerns.
