Great to meet you!

We are inherently social creatures, not designed to navigate many stresses as individuals. Together we can identify the causes of your difficulties, and explore methods that will allow you to connect with yourself and others. As a Clinical Social Worker we will look at all the reasons that could bring you to therapy and how to move forward. You will develop skills that can help you achieve the fulfilling life you deserve.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working through life transitions, such as separation or divorce, loss of loved ones due to death or substance use, and other major shifts that can leave us feeling frozen and reflective. I have extensive experience working through the trauma and grief of military service members, veterans, healthcare workers, and first responders.

What you can expect from me

I'm committed to helping you overcome the challenges that hold you back. I provide an attentive and pragmatic approach that has supported hundreds of clients in reaching their full potential. I will guide you through the process of self-discovery with a focus on empowerment, helping you to feel more confident, and to let go of what is no longer serving you.
