Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 15 years of experience. I work mostly with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, conflict in relationships, sexual abuse, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach can be eclectic - combining different interventions to customize something that works for you. The most common approaches I use are CBT-based, trauma-focused, supportive, and solution-focused.

What you can expect from our first session

Working with me should feel comfortable, yet uncomfortable. The therapeutic relationship is important to help you reach your goals. I am open-minded and will hear you, see you, and respect you. I'm also very direct and will call you out on self-sabotaging behaviors or patterns. Let's break that cycle!
