Great to meet you!

I have worked with various individuals, including depression, anxiety, bipolar, addiction, substance abuse, and communication challenges. All these individuals have one thing in common: they want to be heard and have a safe place to speak their truth. I find that it is an honor to be able to listen to and collaborate with clients on their sensitive issues. I want to be a positive influence and empower the client so that the issues faced does not determine their present or future.

My approach to therapy

My approach to the practice of psychotherapy integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and narrative-based approaches in the service of healing change. I have helped many clients work through difficult life transitions, relationship conflicts, and grief caused by various losses. In all my work, I bring a deep life experience infused with compassion, acceptance, intelligence, and gentle humor.

What you can expect from me

The work I do with my clients is sometimes difficult and painful, but time and again I have seen how the benefits of the work outweigh the risks. I am always ready to encourage and join my clients in making a leap of faith from sickness into health.

Our team at Centered Mind Therapy partners with Headway and is looking forward to working with you!
