I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, in New York State. I have over 20 years experience working with adults and children, within the child welfare and mental health systems. I have been a Program Director of an innovative foster care program, and Clinic Director of a prominent mental health clinic in New York City. I have been in private practice for the past 8 years.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with clients with a variety of needs, including, but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorders, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am trained in EMDR and I employ CBT, psychotherapy, and behavioral modification techniques in my work with my clients.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope that my clients take away a sense of accomplishment and understanding of why they are feeling or behaving in a certain way to be able to produce change in their lives.
