Great to meet you!

With over a decade of experience in the counseling profession, I provide strategic, compassionate, and results-driven therapy for individuals ready to grow. My work is grounded in empathy, clarity, and forward movement. I don’t just sit with problems, I help clients work through them with intention and measurable progress.

I specialize in helping adults, adolescents, and college students navigate life transitions, developmental stages, relationship challenges, grief and loss, family conflict, academic pressure, career stress, divorce, mood-related concerns, and self-esteem struggles. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next chapter, therapy with me is focused on helping you move forward with confidence.

My passion lies in witnessing transformation; seeing individuals overcome obstacles, rebuild, reinvent themselves, and step fully into their purpose. I believe growth requires courage. It also requires doing hard things, and learning how to genuinely value yourself in the process.

If you are ready to commit to meaningful change, I am ready to partner with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strategic, and individualized. I integrate evidence-based practices within an eclectic framework, thoughtfully tailoring each treatment plan to align with the client’s goals, strengths, and desired outcomes.

While compassion and empathy are foundational to my work, I also bring structure and direction to the therapeutic process. I help clients identify patterns, build emotional awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and implement practical tools that promote measurable progress.

I believe therapy should not only provide relief, but also foster long-term independence. My work focuses on reducing symptoms while strengthening resilience, self-worth, emotional regulation, and decision-making confidence. I guide clients through doing the hard, transformative work required for sustainable growth.

Ultimately, therapy with me is an intentional process designed to help individuals move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck to feeling empowered, equipped, and fully aligned with their purpose.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a thoughtful and collaborative consultation designed to understand you fully; not just your symptoms, but your story, strengths, and goals.

During this time, we will explore what has brought you to therapy, identify immediate concerns, and clarify what meaningful progress looks like for you. I will ask structured questions to gain insight into your history, current challenges, and patterns that may be contributing to distress. You will also have space to share openly at your own pace.

Together, we will begin outlining a clear direction for our work. By the end of the session, you can expect:

  • A sense of clarity about your goals
  • Initial insight into patterns or contributing factors
  • A preliminary plan for treatment
  • An understanding of how our sessions will be structured moving forward

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and confident that you are in a space where growth is both supported and expected.
