I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 19 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and have worked in various clinical settings, including community mental health, military base behavioral health clinic, and private practice.Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults, adolescents, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I have a special interest in working with the military.
