Great to meet you!
Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I believe healing begins with a safe, compassionate, and trusting relationship. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we work toward meaningful change.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Grief Informed Professional, and doctoral scholar with more than 30 years of experience in behavioral health, human services, leadership, and counseling. With master's degrees in Professional Counseling and Human Resource Management, I bring both clinical expertise and practical insight to the personal, relational, and workplace challenges many people face.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, caregiver stress, relationship concerns, workplace stress, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting women, caregivers, and helping professionals who often prioritize others while neglecting their own well-being. I also help clients strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, increase self-awareness, and foster personal growth.
Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and easy to talk with. I believe every person has unique strengths, and together we'll build on those strengths while navigating life's challenges. Whether you're overwhelmed, grieving, or facing a transition, you don't have to do it alone. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence and hope.
