Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Tracey, and I’m truly honored to walk alongside you during this season of your life. Taking the step to reach out to someone who is ready to listen can be the first move toward healing, and helping those who are hurting is a passion of mine. Therapy is a space where we can finally feel validated, understood, and accepted, whether for the first time in a long time or ever. Facing your pain and reclaiming your life without fear of judgment is the goal I desire to help you meet. I approach each client with empathy, meeting you exactly where you are, no matter what stage of life you're in.

My approach to therapy

If I were to choose one word to define my style as a therapist, it would be "collaborative." I am trained in EMDR and TF-CBT, and I see our work together as a team effort, with your input at the core of the process. My goal is for you to get the most out of our time together, and I will encourage you to grow and gain new perspectives. I will consistently inform and listen to you throughout our work, ensuring that therapy stays aligned with your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can focus on your healing. I believe in sharing the knowledge I've gained through my personal experiences and professional training. I desire to make our time together meaningful and impactful, equipping you with the tools and insights needed to continue your progress long after our sessions have ended.
