Tracey Puckett

Welcome! My name is Tracey Puckett. I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and owner of Vitality Mental Health and Wellness. My education allows me to diagnose and treat mental health disorders with an emphasis on intervention through psychiatric medication and psychotherapy. My goal is to minimize the symptoms of my clients while promoting a higher level of functioning and quality of life. I welcome clients of all ages, ethnicities, genders, and backgrounds.

I take a client centered approach to therapy, rooted in compassion and supported by evidence-based practice. A supportive, safe environment is provided, allowing me the opportunity to get to know you, your background, your strengths, and your challenges. Treatment modalities are based off individual needs with the goal of proving understanding, validation, and the necessary tools to overcome psychological hardships.
