Great to meet you!

Thank you for being here! As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 9+ years of experience, I specialize in helping adults/couples /families work through addictions, PTSD, anxiety, trauma, and depression.

My focus is prioritizing mental health and personal healing through individual work and set client goals, for a healthy, happy, and stable life. Reaching out is the first step, and often the hardest, so thank you for trusting me with your first step. I use varying therapeutic methods (listed below) to reach each client's personal therapy goals. Let's work together to find your goal(s).

My approach to therapy

All stories are unique so they deserve a unique plan of action. This plan should be individualized for each client's specific care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly, honestly, and you feel safe and heard in our sessions. I will be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you the whole way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory call to assess an individual's needs and goals. During this 15 to 30 minute call, you will have the opportunity to share your concerns and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Trust me, we can work together to figure this out. I strive to create an open, empowering, and welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing your experiences with me and allowing you to be vulnerable, safe and secure at all times. We will work together during all our sessions to follow your plan and to make your therapy goals a reality. I am here to help. So, how can I help?
