As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) through New York State OASAS, I bring over a decade of experience working with individuals in various settings including psychiatric ER, inpatient mental health, individual/group therapy in outpatient substance abuse and crisis work. My practice focuses on helping clients navigate challenges to create the change they are looking for.

Using a person-centered, solution-focused approach, I believe in the power of holistic care to help individuals overcome life’s obstacles. My role is to support you in exploring your options, understanding possibilities, and developing practical skills to face each day with confidence and clarity.
