Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25+ years of experience supporting adults, individuals, and families from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in evidence-based CBT for depression, anxiety, and trauma. My goal is to help you understand what you’re going through and find practical tools to feel more grounded, hopeful, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and supportive. I use CBT and other evidence-based practices to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and move at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a collaborative, down-to-earth conversation. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’d like to change, and how we can work toward your goals. I’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you feel heard, comfortable, and supported from the start.
