Great to meet you!

Just a little about me...I have been a social worker for 15 years. I graduated with my Masters degree from the University of Wyoming (Go Pokes!). For over a decade I have worked with teens, adults, and families to find new and improved ways of living. I have experience providing support for those struggling with grief and loss, depression, anxiety, life changes, traumatic experiences/trauma, parenting, family conflict, divorce, blending families, and marriage conflicts.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I strive to provide therapy that is tailored to each person's needs and focuses on their unique strengths. I want to create a place of trust and openness that allows for people to explore themselves and be open to change.

What you can expect from our first session
