Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Traci and I have been practicing for over 30 years in a variety of clinical settings. I specialize in depression/anxiety, women's health and relationships. I bring a wide range of professional and personal experience to inform a highly personalized approach to your well-being journey. As a licensed clinical social worker and certified health and wellness coach, I believe in the importance and power of prioritizing our mental health as pivotal to whole health. Seeking support is a brave and positive step!

My approach to therapy

We all have unique personal experiences that deserve to be witnessed with care, compassion and effective change. The best healing approach is safe, supportive, and collaborative. My practice is grounded in respect, compassion, solutions and authenticity. I am honored to work with you in partnership to leverage your strengths, create your vision, identify your top priorities/goals, and build the supports, resources and practices necessary to live your best life. I bring deep listening, wonder, guidance where needed and radical acceptance to each session.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, you will have the opportunity to show up as you are, share at your own pace and in your own way what you wish to achieve in therapy (and/or discover that together along the way), and practice feeling better until you do! I strive to create a warm, welcoming and secure space where vulnerability and change can occur naturally. We will work on your personalized therapy timeline to make your goals a reality for you.
