Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Traci, and I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges and discover new possibilities for healing and growth. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Franklin University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Dayton.

In my practice, I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, trauma, or relationship difficulties. My approach is trauma-informed, which means I understand how past experiences can impact the present, and I create a safe, supportive space for clients to explore, heal, and move forward at their own pace.

Whether you’re looking for support in your personal life, in your relationships, or in recovering from painful experiences, my goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, supportive, and collaborative. My style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and focused on building a trusting relationship where you can explore challenges without judgment. I use a trauma-informed approach, which means I consider how past experiences may shape your current struggles and help you move toward healing at your own pace.

I integrate evidence-based practices to address anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and relationship issues. With couples and families, I focus on improving communication, repairing trust, and creating stronger connections. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop tools that fit your life, and feel more empowered in your relationships and within yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to create a welcoming, comfortable space where you feel safe to share what’s on your mind. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what brings you to therapy, and exploring your goals. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and what you’d like to see change.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of how we might work together, what therapy could look like for you, and some initial steps to begin moving forward. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
