Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I can't wait to meet you! I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and my work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported. Reaching out for help—especially when life feels heavy—is a courageous first step, and you deserve credit for taking it. Over the years, I’ve focused much of my practice on supporting adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and the complexities of life.

My approach to therapy

A bit about my approach to therapy

Every person comes to therapy carrying a story shaped by lived experience, resilience, and the challenges that have brought them to this moment. Because of that, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I use an integrative, eclectic, trauma-informed framework that combines evidence-based modalities with warmth, deep respect, and genuine collaboration.

When we begin working together, we’ll move forward as partners—exploring patterns, identifying strengths, and building skills that support healing and stability. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and valued, without pressure or judgment. My approach is rooted in compassion and respect, while also offering gentle challenges and insight when they’re helpful. Ultimately, my goal is to help you grow at your own pace and feel empowered in your own story.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is centered entirely on you—your life, your experiences, and what has led you to consider therapy at this moment. Some people arrive with clear goals, while others simply know they want things to feel better but aren’t sure where to start. Both are completely okay. I’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you sort through what’s weighing on you. Together, we’ll begin identifying what you want to work toward and create a treatment plan that focuses on meaningful, realistic progress. My aim is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you feel safe to share at your own pace, knowing we’ll figure things out side by side.

My style is: Warm• Trauma-informed• Collaborative• Open-minded• Down to earth• Empathetic and sometimes with humor!
