Great to meet you!

I truly believe the strongest people are those who ask for help when they need it. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, Connecticut and New Jersey have over 18 years experience working with adult populations on a variety of presenting concerns. I believe strongly in meeting a client where they are and working through sessions by helping clients examine the world around them in a way that allows them to function at their best.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client centered, non-judgmental and focused on helping to examine and/or challenge patterns of thinking that can contribute to stress and anxiety. Some areas of focus I work with often include family/intimate relationships, panic disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD to name a few. I would love the opportunity to meet and work with you focusing on progress, not perfection in all areas of a person's life. I look forward to a conversation about first steps in working together.

What you can expect from me

In a first session, clients can be expected to be walked through the important therapy information in working together, and begin to get to understand the process. Clients are expected to go at their own pace and will not be pushed to share anything they are not comfortable yet in gathering intake information. I hope to provide a smooth, open experience for an intake and any following sessions.
