She graduated with honors from National Louis University in 2011 with a Master’s of Science degree in School Counseling and a bachelor’s degree from National Louis University in Psychology and Human Services.

My approach to therapy

Traci utilizes methods in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy often with clients and believes in educating clients about the effects of our cognitions and the impact they have on our behavior and reactions to events. She tailors her approach to each client’s individual needs. Traci strives to help clients identify their strengths and positive attributes as she sees the strengths and positivity within each of her clients.
