Great to meet you!

I bring neuroscience, psychology, and a deeper mind–body perspective together to support people who are ready to create real change in their lives. Many of the individuals I work with are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, or unhealthy patterns that continue to repeat in relationships and daily life. You may feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or lingering trauma responses that affect both your mind and body.

My approach blends holistic, integrative methods with evidence-based psychotherapy to help retrain the brain and nervous system. By focusing on neuroplasticity, we work on building new neural pathways that support healthier emotional responses, greater resilience, and improved mental well-being. I incorporate techniques that address both the psychological and physiological aspects of healing, helping clients move beyond simply talking about problems and toward meaningful, lasting transformation. If you are ready to actively participate in your growth and create lasting change, we will work together to make that happen.

My approach to therapy

My approach is active, integrative, and focused on helping you retrain both the brain and body to support lasting healing. Rather than only discussing problems, we focus on actionable strategies that help regulate the nervous system, strengthen emotional resilience, and shift the thought patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, trauma responses, depression, or chronic stress.

I incorporate neuroscience-informed techniques alongside holistic practices that work with the brain, body, and emotional system together. This may include exercises designed to calm the nervous system, increase self-awareness, and build healthier responses to stress and emotional triggers. The goal is to help you develop practical tools that improve mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

We begin working toward change from the very first session. During our initial meeting, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, the patterns or symptoms you may be experiencing, and the goals you want to achieve. Many clients come in dealing with anxiety, trauma symptoms, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck in unhealthy cycles, and the first session helps us begin mapping a path forward.

You can expect a focused and collaborative conversation where we begin identifying practical strategies that support your progress right away. I often introduce simple coping tools or exercises that you can start using between sessions, helping you build momentum early in the process. Therapy with me is active and growth-oriented, so you will leave with both insight and concrete steps you can begin applying in your daily life.
