Traci Robinson, PMHNP-C, FNP-C, is a dually trained, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with clinical expertise in psychiatry, primary care, and addiction medicine. With 26 years of experience in the medical field, she brings a deep understanding of both mental and physical health, allowing her to deliver truly comprehensive, patient-centered care.
She earned her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University approximately 10 years ago and later completed her post-master’s specialization in psychiatry at Liberty University, graduating cum laude. Traci holds national board certifications through both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Traci is qualified to diagnose, treat, and prescribe for patients across the lifespan, working with children, adolescents, and adults in psychiatric, primary care, and addiction medicine settings. Her clinical focus includes acute and chronic psychiatric and medical conditions, addiction treatment and recovery, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, anxiety, and depression, as well as the impact of systemic stress, racial trauma, immigration and acculturation stress, community violence, stigma, bullying, and identity-related concerns.
She utilizes a comprehensive approach that combines psychiatric assessment, medication management, and evidence-based psychiatric testing to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Her special interests include behavioral health integration, preventive care, trauma-informed care, addiction medicine, and suicide prevention.
