Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m Tracia and I’m a licensed therapist (LCSW #108760) based in California. I provide virtual therapy services to clients anywhere in California, making it easier for you to access mental health care at your convenience! I specialize in women’s mental health, and I have a passion for working with adult women in their 20's and 30's looking to get support with: anxiety, trauma, limiting negative beliefs, unhealthy relational patterns, people-pleasing tendencies, setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, improving self-esteem, and personal growth. I have eight years of experience working in the mental health field, have been a licensed therapist for almost four years now, and have extensive experience working with children, adults, and families. If anxiety is keeping you from having genuine and authentic relationships or taking chances on new opportunities, or you’re feeling drained most days, overwhelmed with all that’s on your plate, finding it difficult not to feel guilty about getting things done on that to-do list, and unable to focus, or perhaps you’re navigating the difficult highs and lows that come with divorce or grieving the loss of a loved one, or struggling with self-esteem and maintaining healthy boundaries, making connections with others because of past relational or childhood trauma, I would love to connect and support you! My hope is to provide a safe space and help women find healing, feel empowered, step into their confidence, strength, and resiliency, and gain the skills and tools they need to thrive and work towards the life they desire.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me looks like: a safe space free of judgement, feeling seen, heard, and validated, holding space for difficult feelings, learning to embrace emotions and getting insight into what they’re trying to tell you, and compassionate and trauma-informed care (meaning I get that you’re a human who has been through some really tough things that shaped your journey and I’m here to offer a judgment-free zone for you to unpack all the experiences and emotions in a way that honors your healing journey and at your pace). During the initial intake appointment, I will ask questions to get to know you (you only need to share what you feel comfortable sharing) and we will work together to come up with treatment goals for your services. Looking forward to hearing from you!

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a compassionate therapist who provides a safe space for clients to process past or current life experiences, process different emotions and beliefs associated with those experiences, and will learn healthy coping skills and tools to help them navigate challenges that bring them to therapy.
