Great to meet you!

I believe healing begins when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that combines evidence-based therapy with a genuine, collaborative relationship.

I work with teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, stress, and family conflict. I also enjoy helping clients overcome people-pleasing, establish healthy boundaries, improve communication, and process difficult life experiences that continue to impact the present.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 19 years working in public education, helping children, teens, and families navigate emotional challenges, strengthen communication, build resilience, and develop practical coping skills. That experience continues to shape my approach by meeting clients where they are and focusing on their unique strengths.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating attachment-based, person-centered, solution-focused, and strengths-based techniques to meet each client's individual needs.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can better understand themselves, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Together, we'll work toward helping you reconnect with your voice, build healthier relationships, and create a life that feels more meaningful and authentic.
