Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 14 years of experience providing compassionate, client-centered therapy to adults ages 18 and older. I believe in meeting each client where they are and working collaboratively to build on their strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth.

My work focuses on helping individuals navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, stress, grief, and loss. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes at their own pace.

My approach to therapy

Through individualized treatment, I help clients develop practical coping skills, gain insight, and build healthier patterns that support emotional well-being and long-term healing. My approach is rooted in respect, empathy, and a belief that lasting change is possible when therapy is tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm and welcoming session where we identify goals and togethers begin to develop a direction therapy will head.
