Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I value creating a calm, respectful, and collaborative space. I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard and supported while also working toward clear, practical goals. I am structured but compassionate, and I focus on helping clients build skills they can apply in daily life. I move at a pace that feels comfortable while still encouraging growth and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with strengths-based and client-centered techniques. I focus on helping clients understand patterns, regulate emotions, and develop practical coping skills that support daily life. Therapy with me is supportive and goal-oriented, while moving at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you can expect a supportive and structured conversation focused on understanding what brings you to therapy. We will review your concerns, discuss relevant background information, and explore what you hope to gain from treatment. I may ask questions about your current stressors, emotional patterns, and goals. This session also gives us a chance to determine if we are a good fit and begin identifying next steps. You do not need to prepare anything—just come as you are.
