With over 40 years in healthcare—including service as a former Navy Nurse Corps Officer and retired military veteran—I bring values of resilience, trust, and teamwork into every therapeutic relationship. Clinical Focus & Services

I provide pharmacotherapy (medication management) motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities. We can assess during the first meeting if your treatment requires additional therapeutic support. I will provide a referral to a licensed therapist to ensure you receive comprehensive care. My practice supports:

My approach to therapy

I specialize in Tele-mental health forms the foundation of my practice, ensuring accessible and convenient support. I view care as a partnership and work to empower you to take an active role in your healing and long-term growth. By request I have early morning, evening and night appointments.

Our initial consultation focuses on understanding your mental health concerns and your unique life experiences. My approach is confidential, supportive, and non-judgmental—your well-being is always the priority.

Scope of Practice & Clinical Focus

My practice concentrates on pharmacotherapy (medication management) to enhance daily functioning. I use motivational interviewing to ensure your treatment plan aligns with your personal goals. I support individuals navigating ADHD, OCD, anxiety, trauma, mild-to-moderate depression. I will also assess to determine whether I can offer treatment for any other mental health disorders after a consult.
