Great to meet you!
I'm Dr. Tracie Jones, a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with more than 20 years of healthcare experience and over a decade as a nurse practitioner. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and MBA in Healthcare Administration, and my career has included primary care, behavioral health, population health leadership, and caring for individuals across the lifespan.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress and burnout, mood disorders, substance use concerns, and life transitions. I understand that mental and physical health are closely connected, so I take a whole-person approach to care. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your treatment decisions.
My approach combines comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, thoughtful medication management, supportive therapy, and evidence-based treatment planning. I believe every person deserves individualized care rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, and I work collaboratively with each client to develop realistic strategies that improve symptoms, daily functioning, and overall quality of life.
Whether you're seeking care for the first time or looking for a provider who will truly listen, I'm committed to helping you build lasting progress and move forward with confidence.
