Great to meet you!

I have been a therapist for over 25 years, working with people in all stages of their lives who found themselves needing something more. Clients often work with me to improve their relationships, identify barriers to meeting goals, and better deal with stress and anxiety. I provide a nurturing environment for you to identify your goals and make positive changes in your life.
