Great to meet you!

I provide a warm and welcoming safe space for children and adults to process and overcome their fears and difficulties. I specialize in helping clients with anxiety/ depression develop new coping skills and increase their confidence at home, school and work. I have immediate in-network availability offering remote video sessions to clients across WA and have worked with military families, adults, young adults and children K-8 since starting my private practice in 2014.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a unique approach that integrates Art Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to highlight clients’ strengths and build customized coping skills to manage their unique stressors. You'll learn about the link between thoughts, feelings and behaviors and how that awareness alone can work to change unhelpful patterns that keep many people feeling trapped in old ways of thinking and behaving.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients describe me as down-to-earth, warm, caring and a good listener.

We'll work together to set treatment goals and identify the strengths you already have and new skills you'd like to add to your tool box.

I look forward to supporting you in the growth and change you're seeking.
