Tracy Ann board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, and is licensed in Virginia and Maryland. I have been trained in acute hospitals and outpatient setting and worked in acute setting. I care for client with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD,bipolar disorder, schziophrenia and personality disorder.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to meet the client were they are, get to know my client on a personal level, in order to get to root cause of sutitation.Develop a mutual trusting relationship with claints and their family. Then carry out a comprehensive assessment,afterwhich a mutually agreed plan is made using a holistic approach.
