Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Tracy, a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 25 years of experience walking alongside children, teens, and families. Before becoming a therapist, I spent decades as a teacher, school counselor, and administrator—so I understand what it feels like when school stress, family changes, or big emotions start to feel overwhelming.

In our sessions, you’ll find a calm, welcoming space where you can exhale, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what’s going on. I work especially with teens and young adults facing anxiety, mild depression, school pressures, or life transitions like divorce or moving. Together, we slow things down, build practical coping skills, and create a path forward so you can feel more confident, steady, and in control again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to slow down, process their feelings, and feel heard. While we may not be able to control everything happening around us, we can learn new ways to cope, respond, and grow.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe me as a good listener who is easy to talk to. I value building a genuine connection and walking alongside you (or your child) through challenging moments. Together, we will work on developing coping skills, increasing confidence, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
