Great to meet you!

Whether you are an emerging adult finding your footing, an older adult navigating life’s next chapter, or someone in the middle of a major life transition, you deserve a space that truly meets you where you are. I specialize in working with multicultural individuals, cycle-breakers, and those facing anxiety, grief, adjustment challenges, and bereavement, offering a warm, non-judgmental environment where your story is always honored. I also believe that laughter is medicine, and I bring a genuine sense of humor to our work together, because healing can be hard, but it doesn’t always have to be heavy.

My goal is to help you gain deeper insight into yourself, develop practical coping strategies, and experience the kind of meaningful growth that ripples into every area of your life. I believe that one supportive, consistent voice can make all the difference, empowering you to heal, build stronger relationships, and step into the best version of yourself. Through psychotherapy, we will work together to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and the tools you need to create the positive, healthy life you deserve. Let’s build a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, growth, and possibility.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, clear, and straightforward, meeting you where you are while drawing from evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. These tools allow us to work together in a way that is practical, meaningful, and tailored specifically to you and your unique journey. I have the privilege of supporting clients across a wide range of experiences and challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, bipolar disorder, grief, anger management, stress, and life transitions. I am also passionate about providing affirming, culturally sensitive care for emerging adults, older adults navigating medical and physical health concerns, those within the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals facing multicultural and relationship challenges. No matter what you are carrying, you do not have to carry it alone, and I am here to help you find clarity, healing, and a path forward.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is designed to feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. I bring humor, warmth, and a genuinely non-judgmental presence so you can feel at ease from the moment we begin. This is your space to share as much or as little as you’d like about yourself and what brings you to therapy, including your goals and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. We’ll also take some time to go through a few foundational questions about things like family background and any previous therapy experiences, which help me understand your full picture and show up for you in the most meaningful way. Above all, my goal for our first meeting is simple: for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
