Great to meet you!

You might be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, emotionally drained from trying to manage everything on your own, or stuck in patterns that feel difficult to break. Trauma, depression, grief, relationship stress, or mood-related challenges can quietly impact every part of your life, making it hard to feel grounded or fully like yourself. When things feel heavy or unclear, it can be exhausting trying to navigate it all alone. You don’t have to. Therapy can be a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to begin moving toward healing in a way that feels safe and manageable.

My approach to therapy

I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, stress management, and family-related concerns. My approach is holistic, person-centered, and tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I draw from evidence-based methods including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and EMDR to help clients process difficult experiences, better understand emotional patterns, and build healthier coping tools that support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in building a strong therapeutic connection. I believe meaningful change begins when clients feel genuinely heard and understood, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we’ll focus on helping you gain insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward a greater sense of emotional balance, confidence, and overall quality of life.
