Great to meet you!
Hello, and welcome. My name is Tracy Casey, I have a strong commitment to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical guidance. I believe that healing and growth happen best in a space where people feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard.
My educational background includes a Masters Degree in Social Work and Criminal Justice, along with specialized training in counseling, behavioral health, and student support services. Over the course of my career, I have worked in home, center based and in school and academic settings. My focus was on supporting children, adolescents, famiies, young adults and adults as they navigate emotional, behavioral, social, and acdemic struggles.
As an adjunct faculty member, I also have the privilege of teaching and mentoring future professionals, which helps me stay current in evidence-based approaches and research-informed practices.
In my clinical and school counseling work, I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, grief and loss, self-esteem challenges, trauma-related concerns, and family or peer conflict. I also have experience working with children/teens who experience school avoidance, academic pressure, attention and focus difficulties, behavioral challenges, and life transitions.
I enjoy working with a variety of populations, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults and families. I am especially passionate about helping individuals build coping skills, strengthen confidence, and develop healthy communication strategies.
