Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Tracy and I'm glad you're here! You're hurting and I want you to know that there is hope and that you're not alone. As someone who has experienced the pain of trauma and grief—and began healing as a client—I can provide you with the understanding, presence, and tools to help you find your way to greater freedom. Leading with curiosity and compassion, my goal is to provide you the space to express yourself freely; nothing is too shameful or scary for us to face together.

My approach to therapy

My clinical areas of focus are anxiety, depression, life-transitions, and family estrangement. I often work with clients who experience overwhelm, negative self-talk, loneliness, grief, chronic illness, family conflict, and who find it difficult to set boundaries. I want to know your story, your goals, and help you find hope, insight, and healing!

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel more confident in your ability to make changes in your life and face hardships while embracing who you are!

Please call or email me for a free phone consultation so I can best understand how I can help. You deserve empowering support and relief, and I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
