Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a calm, confidential space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin healing at a pace that feels right for you. I use evidence‐based approaches to help reduce anxiety, lift mood, decrease symptoms of depression and strengthen coping skills, and reconnect you with your resilience and values. If your Christian faith is meaningful to you then we can integrate this into your visits.

I have a special passion for supporting individuals whose eating patterns are tied to trauma, depression, or anxiety—especially when these patterns affect medical concerns like diabetes, high blood pressure, or cholesterol. I also work with people navigating grief, low self‐worth, panic attacks, and fears that make it hard to pursue their goals. In addition,

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is laid‐back, empathetic, and fully engaged. I show up as a real person in the room—warm, present, and collaborative. I’m also direct in a way that’s supportive rather than harsh. Being direct in therapy means I’ll gently name patterns I notice, offer honest reflections, and help you get to the heart of what’s keeping you stuck, all while respecting your pace and comfort.

What you can expect from me

During our first visit, you can expect to meet a real person—someone who moves through life navigating real situations just like you. My style is laid‐back, empathetic, engaged, and direct. That means I show up as myself: warm, present, and genuinely interested in understanding what you’re carrying.

Our first session is relaxed and focused on getting to know you. We’ll talk about where you’ve been, what you’ve been managing, and what you hope to move toward. When I’m direct in therapy, it simply means I’ll offer honest reflections, gently name patterns I notice, and help you get to the heart of what’s keeping you stuck—always at a pace that feels safe and respectful.

Together, we’ll begin shaping a path forward that supports your goals and your well‐being.
