Great to meet you!

I believe many people reach a point in life where they realize they no longer want to simply get through their days—they want to feel more connected, fulfilled, emotionally well, and intentional in the way they live. My work is centered around helping individuals take that first step toward creating meaningful and lasting change.

I received both my undergraduate and graduate education in Social Work from Temple University and completed Post-Graduate Training at Penn Council for Relationships. In addition to my clinical background, I am also an Intuitive Eating Specialist and Functional Medicine Coach, allowing me to take a more integrative and whole-person approach to emotional and physical well-being.

For over 25 years, I have worked with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, burnout, unhealthy patterns, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with appear highly capable on the outside while privately feeling disconnected, emotionally exhausted, stuck in survival mode, or uncertain how to create lasting change.

My passion is helping clients reconnect with themselves in a deeper way—so they can move beyond simply functioning and begin living with greater clarity, balance, purpose, joy, and intention.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply individualized. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can slow down, feel genuinely understood, and safely explore the thoughts, emotions, patterns, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck.

I work from a whole-person perspective, recognizing that emotional well-being is often closely connected to our relationships, stress levels, self-worth, physical health, lifestyle habits, and the ways we care for ourselves day to day. My background in intuitive eating and functional wellness also allows me to help clients better understand the connection between emotional and physical health without shame, rigidity, or perfectionism.

Together, we work to increase self-awareness, identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. I strive to help clients not only reduce distress, but also develop a stronger sense of self-trust, emotional balance, resilience, and fulfillment.

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and gently challenged to grow. My goal is to help clients move from surviving on autopilot to living more intentionally, authentically, and fully.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I know that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I deeply value the trust clients place in the therapeutic relationship.

In our work together, I will meet you with compassion, honesty, and genuine care while also helping you explore the deeper patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be preventing you from feeling your best emotionally and mentally. I balance emotional support with practical guidance, helping clients create meaningful insight while also developing realistic tools for everyday life.

Clients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, grounded, and easy to talk to. My intention is to create a space where you can be fully yourself while feeling encouraged to grow into the version of yourself and your life that feels more aligned, connected, and fulfilling.

Above all, you can expect therapy to be a collaborative process—one focused not only on helping you navigate challenges, but on helping you build a life that feels healthier, more peaceful, and more intentional moving forward.
