Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Tracy. For most of my adult life, I have dedicated myself to the mental health field, assisting individuals on their journey to a healthier and more satisfying life. My approach is primarily strengths-based and solution-focused, which means I believe in harnessing your inherent strengths to find practical solutions to life's challenges. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or stress, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I have extensive experience in Hospice care, where I provided grief therapy to those navigating the profound loss of a loved one. My background also includes two years of post-graduate work specializing in couples therapy. Relationships can be complex, and I am passionate about helping couples understand each other better and build stronger, more fulfilling connections.

What you can expect from me

Creating a welcoming and accepting environment is at the heart of my practice. I want you to feel calm and comfortable when you walk into our sessions. My hope is to provide a safe space where you can explore your life circumstances, work through difficult transitions, and ultimately achieve your life goals.

If you're ready to take the next step towards a healthier, more fulfilling life, I would be honored to work with you. Let's navigate this journey together.
