Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Tracy Knighton—a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience. I help individuals navigate transitions, heal from emotional burnout, and reconnect with their purpose.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative, healing space where you get to reconnect with who you are—and who you’re becoming. My approach is warm, intuitive, and empowering. I combine evidence-based practices with culturally responsive, client-centered care that honors your lived experience, identity, and values.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate emotional burnout, anxiety, identity shifts, and purpose discovery. I integrate cognitive-behavioral strategies, narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, and spiritual exploration (when desired) to support deep, lasting change.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you feel safe, seen, and strong enough to grow, release, and move forward.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where their stories are honored and their healing is prioritized. Together, we’ll explore what’s really holding you back, clarify what you truly want, and develop practical strategies to move forward with confidence and peace.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A deeper understanding of yourself
  • Tools to manage anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
  • Healthier boundaries and renewed self-worth
  • A clearer sense of identity and purpose in this season of life

My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes—whether you're seeking healing, clarity, or transformation.
