Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provide therapy for people suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety disorders. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) approach to therapy, with a focus on Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). I received specialized training in ERP and I completed SPACE training, a parent-based treatment program for children and teens with anxiety and OCD. I received additional training in CBT and incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well.

My approach to therapy

I strive to build a relationship that is very supportive, trusting, collaborative and nonjudgmental. This is the foundation of therapeutic success. Together, we can build upon your strengths and get you equipped with research supported strategies that you can use outside of sessions. I work hard to meet you where you are and to develop a plan for how to better manage difficult thoughts and feelings and live a more values based life.

What you can expect from me

I seek to create a warm, collaborative, and respectful relationship with my clients. I believe that people best move towards growth in the context of a compassionate and supportive environment. My approach is to empower individuals with the skills essential for conquering anxiety and OCD-related disorders.
